Title: Sales Executive

Job Purpose:
To actively engage with customers in the showroom, present vehicle features and options, handle sales inquiries, and ensure timely vehicle delivery, while supporting the showroom’s daily operations and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and welcome customers in the showroom, providing detailed information on car specifications, options, and pricing.
Conduct product demonstrations and offer test drives.
Promote value-added services such as financing (F&I) and accessories to support upselling.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive customer database for showroom visitors.
Follow up on vehicle delivery, ensuring proper invoicing and handover within the agreed timeline.
Identify and reach out to potential customers to generate new leads.
Respond to inquiries from existing and prospective customers in a timely and professional manner.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Assist the Showroom Manager in the daily operational tasks of the showroom.
Monitor the accuracy and completeness of follow-up data updates.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
Experience:
1–2 years of relevant experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent command of English (oral and written).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations.
Proven negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
High level of accuracy in calculating figures (discounts, commissions, percentages, etc.).
Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
