We are looking for an active, confident, and motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to confidently convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and convert them into sales
- Attract and develop new clients
- Present company services and prepare quotations
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the operations team
- Attend client meetings when required
- Prepare weekly sales reports
Requirements
- Previous sales experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented and target-driven
- CRM experience is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Currently in the UAE or willing to relocate
- Female candidates are preferred
