At Haifa Renov8, we turn spaces into places people love to come home to — designing, building and handing over interior renovation and fit-out projects across Dubai. We’re growing, and we’re looking for one person to sit at the heart of it: someone who can win a client with a design idea and back it up with numbers that hold.
You’ll own the journey from the first "can you help us with our space?" to a signed project — visiting sites, understanding what the client really wants, preparing the estimate and BOQ, shaping the proposal, and closing it. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with our design and delivery teams, so you’ll be as at home talking finishes as you are pricing a scope.
This role is only right for you if you have:
- 3–5 years in interior fit-out / renovation, here in the UAE — you know this market.
- A UAE base and valid visa — you’re already here, ready to start.
- Real estimation hands — BOQs, take-offs, costing, and reading drawings (AutoCAD or similar).
- A UAE driving licence — you’ll be out meeting clients and seeing sites.
