Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patrolling Cleaning Supervisor at MEBS Facility Services in Dubai. The role involves overseeing commercial cleaning operations. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Patrolling Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team of cleaning staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
Supervise cleaning teams, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
Schedule cleaning shifts and allocate resources effectively.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper usage.
Address and resolve client concerns and feedback promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide training to cleaning staff as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years Proven experience in Facility management industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards.
Ability to travel between multiple locations in Dubai.
Valid UAE driver’s license (Prefer Manual)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
