Receiving and inspecting goods: Accepting tile and ceramic shipments, checking for damages, counting, and matching with purchase orders.
Organizing and storing: Properly arranging tiles and ceramics to prevent damage and optimize warehouse space.
Inventory management: Recording incoming and outgoing stock and reporting inventory status to management.
Handling and transportation: Using appropriate tools to move tiles and prepare orders for dispatch.
Warehouse cleaning and organization: Keeping the warehouse clean, removing waste, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards.
Safety and order maintenance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper use of protective equipment.
Reporting: Providing daily reports on received, dispatched, and available stock.
Catalog and sample storage: Organizing, registering, and maintaining tile and ceramic catalogs and samples.
Sample inventory management: Updating and tracking sample availability and preparing reports.
Sample folder assembly: Preparing and assembling tile and ceramic sample folders for client presentations.
Order and sample dispatch: Packaging and sending tiles and ceramic samples to customers and the company showroom.
Coordinating trucks and laborers for order loading: Planning and supervising the loading process to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Office support: Assisting with administrative office tasks, data entry, and maintaining warehouse records.
Delivering samples and catalogs: Ensuring timely delivery of tile and ceramic samples to the showroom and customers.
Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma (or higher).
Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations (preferably in tiles and ceramics).
Physical ability: Capability to handle heavy loads and work independently.
Attention to detail: Accuracy in inventory recording, organizing stock, and maintaining cleanliness.
Technical skills: Proficiency in warehouse management software and basic computer skills.
Driving license: Valid UAE driving license is required.
Coordination skills: Ability to supervise loading operations and manage laborers.
