Job Title: Homecare Nurse – Registered Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Homecare Nurse to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, personalized healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes. As a Homecare Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care to patients with various medical needs, ensuring their well-being and assisting with treatment plans as prescribed by physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients at their homes, including administering medication, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
Assist with the development and implementation of personalized care plans, working closely with family members and healthcare providers.
Monitor patients’ progress and provide updates to physicians and caregivers as needed.
Offer emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring a positive and supportive care experience.
Educate patients and their families about healthcare practices, proper medication use, and overall health management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments, medications, and progress.
Ensure infection control standards are followed in all aspects of patient care.
Respond to emergencies and provide basic life support when necessary.
Key Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license in the UAE (or ability to obtain).
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in homecare or similar settings.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients’ needs effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to handle emotional and physically demanding situations.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred, as travel to patient homes is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
