Job Description

Sales Strategy

Identify and pursue business opportunities in the HVAC energy efficiency sector.

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote HVAC energy solutions.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

Ensure product inclusion in large-scale commercial and industrial projects by working closely with engineering consultants.

Customer Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with facility owners and developers.

Conduct customer site visits, provide pre-sales support, and offer energy optimization recommendations.

Address customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to educate stakeholders.

Project Management

Collaborate with internal teams, including design, operations, and procurement, to ensure smooth project execution.

Track project timelines, follow up on bids, and coordinate deliveries with the execution team.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and assist clients in selecting appropriate energy-efficient solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders in alignment with company policies.

Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and update CRM tools with lead status.

Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.

Track customer feedback and market trends to refine sales strategies.

Work closely with engineering and marketing teams to develop customized sales pitches and promotional materials.

Coordinate with the project execution team to ensure smooth handover and implementation of sold solutions.

Keep up-to-date with HVAC energy efficiency advancements and emerging market trends.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency in sales and customer service.

Participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and training programs to enhance product knowledge and industry expertise.
