Job Description: Sales Engineer (ELV Systems) – Abu DhabiPosition Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer with expertise in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our CCTV, Wireless Systems, Security Systems, Access Control, Power UPS, and other ELV solutions to clients. This role involves managing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients for ELV solutions.
Present and sell company products and services to existing and new clients.
Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activity.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable ELV solutions.
Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Project & Contract Management:
Prepare proposals, sales contracts, and other documentation.
Ensure timely activation and maintenance of contract services.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct quality checks and follow-ups to maintain service standards.
Reporting & Communication:
Prepare status reports, including sales activities, forecasts, and client feedback.
Communicate market trends, competitor activities, and product development needs to the company.
Develop sales materials and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
Additional Responsibilities:
Coordinate with company staff to complete sales processes.
Develop special sales activities to reduce stock and increase revenue.
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV system sales in the UAE market.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Wireless Systems, Security Solutions, and Power UPS.
Sales & Communication Skills:
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Other Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
