Sales Engineer (Construction Chemical Industry) Jobs in Sharjah at Links Consultants
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and create engaging posts, including text, images, videos, and reels.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.
Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to enhance outreach.
2. Graphic Design & Content Creation
Design eye-catching social media posts, banners, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Create short-form videos, GIFs, and animations for digital promotions.
Develop brand-consistent visuals for social media, ads, and website updates.
Optimize images for web and social media to maintain high quality while ensuring fast load times.
3. Online Marketing & Advertising
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Optimize campaigns for engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies for website ranking improvement.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Website Management
Update and maintain website content, banners, and promotions.
Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and mobile responsiveness.
Ensure proper integration of social media feeds and marketing campaigns on the website.
Troubleshoot and coordinate with developers for technical issues.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track social media metrics and website analytics to evaluate performance.
Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, conversions, and ad spending.
Suggest improvements based on insights and market trends.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or graphic design.
