Sales Engineer – CCTV, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems. Jobs in Doha at Al Sraiya Holding Group

Key Responsibilities

· Develop new business opportunities in the CCTV, fire alarm, and fire fighting sectors.

· Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.

· Promote products and solutions for CCTV, fire alarm, fire suppression, fire fighting, and security systems.

· Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements.

· Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates.

· Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.

· Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams.

· Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations.

· Negotiate prices, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.

· Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Stay updated with Qatar Civil Defense (QCDD) requirements and industry standards.

· Prepare weekly sales reports and market intelligence reports.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in sales of CCTV, fire alarm, fire fighting, or ELV systems.

· Experience in the Qatar or GCC market is preferred.

· Good understanding of fire protection systems and security solutions.

· Knowledge of QCDD regulations and international standards such as NFPA and BS/EN standards is an advantage.

· Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Experience with CRM software is an advantage.

· Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.

· Transferable visa/Qatar ID (for local hiring).

· Manufacturer training/certification (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Honeywell, Siemens, Notifier, Edwards, Tyco, Johnson Controls)

· PMP or Sales Certification (optional)
