About the Job
The Sales Engineer’s objective is to achieve continuous sales growth by selling high-performing, cost-saving, and problem-solving specialty premium industrial lubricants.
Main responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential customers across all industry sectors to present and demonstrate our unique lubrication technology, conducting technical analyses to identify customers’ needs, and providing the right lubrication solutions. Sales growth is driven by selling a broader range of products for various lubrication applications using the company’s proven, successful sales process and methodology.

Responsibilities
Execute sales strategies to achieve departmental sales objectives.
Maximize market exploration in Saudi Arabia for the complete Industries portfolio.
Apply value-based selling techniques, identify comprehensive sustainability solutions for customers, create complete solution/offer packages, and present these packages to influencers and decision-makers.
Proactively develop and nurture customer relationships within the area of responsibility.
Accountable for strengthening the company’s position within the customer base or market area.
Generate leads and sales opportunities for the company’s range of products.
Identify and prospect new customers while cultivating and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Document customer contact information and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
Utilize all available tools to ensure optimal customer retention and strong relationships.
Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Investigate lost sales and analyze customer accounts.
Track, collate, and interpret sales figures to identify trends and insights.
Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
Prepare and generate timely sales reports.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors and customers.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer, preferably in a similar company.
Experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
Proficiency in value-based selling.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and strong reporting/presentation skills.
Self-motivated, task-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
A valid driver’s license.
Passion for sales with a proven track record and a strong customer focus.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
