Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the office, perform administrative tasks efficiently, and assist in maintaining smooth workflows within the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical).
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Enter and maintain data in internal systems, and assist with data analysis and reporting.
Customer Service & Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet clients/visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
Office Administration: Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and functional. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related services.
Team Assistance: Provide administrative support to management and colleagues, assisting with various projects as needed.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive company information with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred: associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field).
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience.(in Home Country is also fine )
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language: Proficiency in [English] Read & Write.
