Role Description
The Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with clients to identify their needs and offer technical solutions that align with BILFLEX's product and service offerings. Responsibilities include delivering technical sales presentations, preparing proposals, maintaining client relationships, and supporting product selection and integration. The role involves working in partnership with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, requiring technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of high-pressure hoses, fluid connectors, and related applications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in sales, technical consulting, or customer engagement
- Proven ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and delivering effective presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic market conditions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in Construction, Marine, Mining, or Oil & Gas industries is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English (required), with proficiency in Arabic being highly desirable
- Willingness to travel locally as required to meet client and business needs
