Job Description
Sales: Research large customer accounts in key industry verticals, prepare summary reports based on provided formats.
Account Mapping: Identify decision makers and gather project information as per management’s focus list.
Technical Competence: Gain sufficient knowledge of rugged computing technologies for consultative selling.
Lead Generation: Generate leads, build and update sales pipeline as per management formats.
Customer Engagement: Conduct consultative selling, negotiate, close deals, and coordinate order processing.
Pre-Sales: Provide proof of concepts tailored to customer requirements.
Solution Design: Collaborate with senior pre-sales architects for solution development.
Technical Installation: Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ability to troubleshoot computers, preferably laptops/tablets.
Proficient in Windows OS; knowledge of Android preferred.
Familiarity with the local market landscape.
Valid driving license.
Willing to be based in Abu Dhabi (UAE) or Dammam, Jeddah, Riyadh (KSA).
Fluent in English;
Arabic language skills preferred.
