Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (GST)

Flying Colour Business Setup Services LLC is a leading consultancy firm specializing in company formation and business advisory services in the UAE. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Admin to join our team in Dubai.
Roles & Responsibilities:
✔ Administrative Support: Ensure smooth execution of operational tasks, supporting internal teams and maintaining workflow efficiency.
✔ Communication Skills: Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients.
✔ Customer Service / Sales Experience: Previous experience in handling customers or supporting sales teams is preferred.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office: Ability to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint effectively for reporting and documentation.
✔ Problem-Solving Abilities: Address operational challenges and provide efficient solutions.
✔ Detail-Oriented & Proactive: Ability to monitor, track, and manage daily operational tasks with precision.
✔ Order Management: Monitor and manage 70-80 RO (Relationship Officer) Orders Daily to ensure timely execution.
✔ SOP Compliance: Ensure assigned Relationship Officers adhere to Operations Standard Operating Procedures (OPS SOPs).
✔ Multitasking & Organization: Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining structured workflows.
✔ Team Player & Independence: Work collaboratively with the team while being capable of handling tasks independently when required.
✔ Adaptability: Be flexible to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
✔ Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
✅ Candidates must be available in Dubai for an in-person interview.
✅ Home country experience + 1 year of UAE experience will be considered.
✅ Immediate joiners only.
