Responsibilities
Develop additional and existing clientele database
Source for new clients, assist in costing and proposal draft and negotiation
Daily, weekly and monthly report for clients visit and proposal updates
Manage with Finance customers’ accounts and dues
Conduct market survey and study competition
Participate in events and exhibitions as required
Support in budget preparation
Ensure that customers inquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a good working relationship with the team on the ground
Monitor customers’ satisfaction by contacting them and surveying their feedback on the provided service
Job Requirements
Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
Willingness to travel
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
Previous experience in Facility Management or Material Management is highly desirable
