This is a remote position. Our client is a fastgrowing division with threestateoftheart production sites in Russia Uzbekistan and Kazakhstanproducing over 23.5 million tires per year. The company has anambitious goal to become one of the top ten largest global tirecompanies by entering new markets such as the Middle East Central Europe North America and Japan. The company is currently lookingfor an experienced Middle East Sales Manager based in Dubai to leadthe Middle East market entry build partnerships and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Achieving
sales targets
.
Identifying new clients within the assigned regionnegotiating contract agreements and building a strong customerbase.
Initiating firsttimesales preparing and executing sales plans for the designatedterritory.
Conducting marketresearch and analysis in the region.
Providing technical and informational support tocustomers.
Resolving customercomplaints and addressing their concerns promptly.
Frequent visits to company partners toensure compliance with established standards.
Managing financial relationships betweenclients and the company ensuring timely debt repayments fromclients.
Leading a team of twodirect reports with potential for future team expansion. Overseeingteam activities supervising performance and ensuring the teamsobjectives are met.
Contributing to the development of a sales strategy for the Middle East region and participating in the creation of a sales budget.
Assisting in organizingmarketing support for sales efforts in the Middle East.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher.
At least five years of experience in active saleswithin the tire industry consumer goods sector or automotiveindustry.
Proven expertise inbusiness growth and scalability.
Experience in negotiating with clients at variouslevels (dealers importers retail outlet owners small traders).
Indepth knowledge of theregional market and its sales dynamics.
Minimum two years of successful team managementexperience.
Outstandingorganizational skills.
Fluencyin both English and Arabic.
Willingness to
travel frequently.
