Sales Director
We are working in partnership with a private investment group on the delivery of a landmark destination development in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As part of this major project, we are seeking a Sales Director to lead the residential sales strategy and execution from the ground up. This is a career-defining leadership opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in master-planned communities, branded residences, or luxury real estate developments.
The role is based full-time in Madinah and will play a critical part in shaping the commercial success of one of the most iconic developments in the region.
Responsibilities:
Lead the residential sales strategy for a large-scale, multi-phase destination development
Build and manage a high-performing, customer-focused in-house residential sales team
Set performance targets, commission structures, and reporting frameworks
Align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, pricing models, and release schedules
Oversee CRM implementation and ensure an exceptional client experience at every stage of the buyer journey
Serve as a key commercial representative in meetings with buyers, partners, and key stakeholders
Monitor local and regional market dynamics, reporting on competitor activity and buyer trends
Maintain operational excellence across sales execution, reporting, and compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in residential real estate sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Demonstrated success in managing off-plan sales for large-scale or luxury residential developments
Deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian real estate market, including buyer behavior, regulatory processes, and cultural dynamics
Strong leadership skills with the ability to attract, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent
Effective communicator with board-level presence and strategic thinking
Previous experience working with developers or real estate investment groups preferred
Fluency in Arabic is essential;
English fluency is also required
Must be willing to relocate to or already reside in Madinah, Saudi Arabia
