Qualifications

Familiarity with branding, influencer marketing, and online community engagement.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Create engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, to drive audience interaction.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Research market trends and competitor activities to enhance the company’s digital marketing strategy.
Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to keep the company relevant in the industry.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to align marketing efforts.
Stay updated on the latest social media tools, algorithms, and best practices.
Develop and implement strategies to increase social media reach and conversions.
