Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.
-Identify and qualify prospects through effective questioning and active listening.
-Establish relationships with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and requirements.
-Present and promote our real estate services and other product offerings.
-Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding available properties, pricing, and market trends.
-Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with Senior Property Consultants.
-Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
-Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
-Document all interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
-Be a strong operational support for the Real Estate Advisors
– Respond fast to leads and client inquiries.
– Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, markets, best practices, and financing options.
– Present properties effectively, highlighting unique features to attract buyers.
– Stay updated on current trends, values, and sales comparisons.
Qualifications:
– Having 2-3 years proven Telesales experience in real estate is required.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Efficient follow up skills, & hands-on experience with CRM system.
– Independent work ability and effective teamwork.
– Professional and ethical conduct in all interactions.
– Prior experience or demonstrated success as a Telesales agent.
– Upbeat, positive, punctual, and ready for a challenge attitude.
– Proficient written and spoken English & Arabic speaking skills are essential for this role.
Attractive Commission

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
