Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B SaaS
Amani, based in Istanbul, Dubai, and Manchester, was founded in 2018 with a mission to build advanced Identity Verification (IDV), KYC, KYB solutions, and AI Agents for the global market.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Dubai.

Qualifications
2–3 years of experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS company
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication skills, especially in English (spoken and written)
Confident speaking with decision-makers via phone, email, and Linked In
Comfortable managing and organising leads using CRM or internal tools
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working in compliance, fintech, or  industries
Familiarity with lead generation tools or sales automation platforms
Experience collaborating with marketing to refine outreach strategies
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads across target markets
Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social channels
Manage and maintain the pipeline of prospects and meetings
Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
Track activities and leads within internal tools or CRM systems
Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaigns and outreach
Stay up to date on product features and industry trends
