Coldcalling the target number of leads provided by management daily toidentify prospective and nonprospectivecustomers
Generating promising leads andenquiries for the sales team topursue
Developing and sustaining solidrelationships with converted prospects to ensure repeatorders
Follow up on previous cold calls andcompany introduction emails as updated in theCRMMaintaining the CRM/call log sheetprofessionally and accurately
Closing salesdeals on enquiries received
Maintain clientrelations with existing customers
Maintaininghigh quality and
professionalism
in calls made throughout the dayto ensure maximum productivity
Following theprocess rigidly given by management to identify prospective andnonprospective clients
Appropriate and smartusage of provided email templates
Reportingupdates regularly and transparently to Customer Acquisition Manager Identifying and suggesting methods tothe team to increase efficiency andproductivity
Reporting on nonprospective leadsfor line managers approval
Developing anindepth knowledge of your product and services range specs anddetails throughout the process to make optimum productrecommendations to the customers
Continuallymeeting and/or exceeding daily weekly and monthly targets inrespect to call volumes and sales
Maintainingconnectivity and reachability throughout business hours includingbeing reachable on Saturdays as many customers work on Saturdays aswell.
Ensuring only business use of companyprovided tools
Experience:
Having worked in the UAE in a sales role anytime during the last 10 years (minimum experience 1year) (If no UAE work experience) Cold callingexperience (B2B) in a campaign targeting UAEclients
