Are you a BDR who wants to sell a product that big companies are now legally required to buy?
This role is with a Series C sustainability software company expanding their Dubai team. Their product helps the world’s biggest companies (banks, airlines, retailers, pharma) report on their pollution, supply chain and ESG data. New laws across Europe, Australia, Japan, Singapore and Saudi Arabia mean every large listed company now has to publish this data, so the buyers are actively coming to the market trying to buy.
Dubai is the launchpad for the company’s APAC and Africa expansion.
Benefits
- Base salary AED 12,000 to 17,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Plus AED 6,000 per month variable at 100% quota, uncapped, with accelerators above target

Responsibilities
- Building outbound pipeline into large enterprises across the Middle East, APAC and Africa
- ICP mapping and multi-touch cadences (email, Linked In, phone)
- Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives to close
- Working closely with the AE team to understand who buys, why, and how
- Becoming an expert in a product the world s biggest companies have to buy
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of outbound BDR or SDR experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong outbound discipline, you can build a pipeline from a cold list, not just react to inbound
- Comfort with a 6 to 9 month enterprise sales cycle
- Coachable and resilient
