Sales cum Supervisor for Cleaning company Jobs in Dubai at Enscone Technical and cleaning Services
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s services such as façade cleaning, deep cleaning, office cleaning, marble polishing, rope access services, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Follow up with prospective clients to secure new contracts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and recommend suitable cleaning solutions.
- Coordinate with clients regarding work schedules, service requirements, and contract renewals.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure work is completed according to company standards.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to project sites efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of work and client satisfaction.
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safe work practices
- Report operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Handle client complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling, manpower requirements, and material availability.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and machinery.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain records of daily operations, manpower deployment, and completed work.
- Prepare service completion reports and obtain client approvals where required.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning chemicals, consumables, uniforms, and equipment.
- Assist in invoice follow-up and payment collection when required.
- Support management in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in sales and supervision within the cleaning, facilities management, or maintenance industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales and operational targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
