Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and sales-driven Female Sales cum Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This is not just a desk job—you will be the face of our spa and the manager of our daily operations. The ideal candidate is a master multitasker who excels at customer service, takes pride in maintaining a pristine spa environment, and consistently hits high sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer all inquiries promptly via phone, email, and WhatsApp with a warm and professional attitude.
- Drive spa revenue by actively upselling treatments, packages, and retail products to meet high sales targets.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, manage the check-in/check-out process, and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Manage staff schedules to ensure smooth daily coverage and maximum booking efficiency.
- Oversee inventory of all spa supplies and equipment, raising reorder requests before items run out.
- Maintain spa standards by tracking cleanliness, ambiance, and hygiene throughout the day to ensure a luxury guest experience.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Must currently reside in Dubai, UAE for an immediate or efficient onboarding process
- Female candidates only
- Must be highly flexible with work schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in sales or upselling
- High attention to detail, strong leadership potential, and the ability to work independently under pressure
