Job Description:
We are seeking a Site Supervisor with experience in fit-out and joinery projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring all tasks are completed according to project specifications, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site activities for fit-out and joinery works, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Monitor health and safety compliance on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues.
Prepare daily site reports detailing work progress, challenges, and completed tasks.
Oversee the installation of joinery and architectural works, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Ensure proper measurements and layouts are followed as per design drawings.
Arrange requests for site materials and manage timely procurement, ensuring materials are available when needed for site work.
Manage site resources, ensuring materials and equipment are available and in proper working condition.
Resolve site-related issues or delays and report to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills:
3-5 years of experience in fit-out and joinery projects, with proven site supervision skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting design drawings.
Strong knowledge of joinery works, finishes detailing, and architectural standards.
Familiarity with site safety procedures and regulations.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
