Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil / Arch Engineering.
8-12 years experience in construction projects , preferably in a technical office role.
Strong knowledge of construction materials , methods, and relevant codes and standards.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Exceptional organixational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
Participate in progress meetings and privide regular updats on technical matters.
