Sales Corp/Government Advisor Jobs in Khobar, Saudi Arabia at Lucid Motors Middle East
At Lucid, we aim to deliver luxury electric vehicles and require a Delivery Associate to personally deliver vehicles to customers and customer stockyards, working closely with sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key government and corporate clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and post-sale support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Receive government clients and present vehicle specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (SFDC) for client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Facilitate external visits to meet with Fleet and Government clients to strengthen relationships and understand their specific needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to write and speak in both Arabic and English.
- A driving license and 5+ years of driving experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer-facing activities is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
