We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations by ensuring accurate order processing, excellent customer service, and effective coordination between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery instructions, and other sales documentation.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, deliveries, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service and timely communication.
- Update customer records, pricing, sales activities, and order status in the ERP system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Assist the sales team in achieving departmental sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of sales transactions and customer records.
- Support management with reports, data analysis, and other administrative tasks as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role.
- Previous experience in Food Trading, FMCG, Frozen Foods, Meat, Poultry, Seafood, Dairy, Grocery, or HORECA industries is highly preferred.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil, or other languages will be an advantage.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: AED2,700.00 – AED3,200.00 per month
