About the Role
We are looking for a driven and technically capable Sales & Estimation Coordinator to join our team. This is a dual-function role requiring someone who can seamlessly move between client-facing sales activities and technical estimation work. The ideal candidate understands both the commercial and quantitative sides of a project — able to win the client in the meeting room and back it up with an accurate, competitive quote.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach including cold calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and account reviews
- Conduct professional face-to-face meetings and product presentations with clients, contractors, architects, and decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and follow-up correspondence
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries across all communication channels
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and site visits as required
Estimation
- Review project documents including drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate material and scope takeoffs
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and commercial quotations aligned with client requirements and project scope
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain updated pricing and lead times
- Revise and reissue estimates in response to scope changes, value engineering requests, or client feedback
- Maintain and update an organized library of estimation templates, unit rates, and historical project data
- Support the sales team in evaluating project feasibility and margin targets before submission
General
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (pipeline, meeting notes, quotes, client data)
- Coordinate with internal technical, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project handover post-award
- Prepare periodic sales and estimation performance reports for management
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Mechatronics, or related), Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience in sales and estimation roles
- Hands-on experience preparing BOQ-based cost estimates, material takeoffs, and commercial quotations
- Demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and meeting sales targets
- Experience in the construction, fit-out, façade, or building materials sector is strongly preferred
Language
- Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English — both written and spoken (bilingual communication with clients and internal reporting is a core requirement of this role)
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, project specifications, and tender documents
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for cost buildup and margin analysis
- Confident communicator — comfortable with cold outreach, client presentations, and negotiation
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple live quotes and client accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (estimation models) and PowerPoint (client presentations); AutoCAD
- CRM experience preferred
- Professional presentation and business etiquette

- Valid Saudi driving license (preferred)
- Availability for client visits, site meetings, and occasional regional travel
