We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with the warehouse on stock availability, and assisting customers to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and invoices accurately.
- Process and follow up on customer orders until delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to confirm stock availability.
- Maintain customer records and prepare basic sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and support the sales team in closing opportunities.
Requirements
- The applicant must be a Saudi national (mandatory requirement).
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

المهام الرئيسية

- التنسيق مع المستودع للتأكد من توفر المخزون.
- تحديث بيانات العملاء وإعداد تقارير المبيعات.
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء ومعالجة أي ملاحظات تتعلق بالطلبات أو التسليم.
- دعم فريق المبيعات والتنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية.
المتطلبات
أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية (شرط أساسي).
خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في تنسيق المبيعات أو مجال مشابه، ويفضل في قطاع السيارات أو قطع الغيار.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم قوية مع اهتمام عالي بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتعامل مع مهام متعددة.
