Minimum 2 years Dubai / Sharjah real estate experience required
The role is to liaison and co-ordinate with Landlords, clients, Agents and third parties.
Responsibilities include : Able to review, upload listings at various property portals.
Ensure all the enquiries are professionally dealt
Send proposals to clients
Plan and schedule viewings for prospective clients
Do Follow ups
Able to understand and prepare Tenancy contracts and Ejaris
Key skills :
A clear understanding of the industry
Knowledge of Land Dept. Forms and Apps
Good People’s skill, Negotiation and communications skills
Develop an understanding of how to build and maintain client, landlords and customer relationships
Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues
Be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Close deals & earn commissions in addition to salary

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
