About the Role
We are a fast-growing Electrical Trading company based in Dubai, looking for a sharp, high-energy Sales Coordinator / Quotation Specialist to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can handle a high volume of RFQs (Requests for Quotations) with speed and accuracy, and have a solid background in the UAE electrical market, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
● Promptly acknowledge and process a high volume of RFQs received via email and phone calls from MEP contractors and traders.
● Coordinate with local wholesalers and distributors to source competitive prices and check material availability.
● Prepare accurate and professional quotations using MS Excel / ERP systems, ensuring proper margins.
● Proactively follow up on submitted quotes with clients to negotiate, handle objections, and successfully convert inquiries into Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
● Update and maintain records of daily inquiries, sent quotes, and customer feedback.
