Sales Coordinator – Planters Solutions (Design-Aware) Jobs in Doha at Aqualeena Trading and Services
This is a sales and business development role, not an interior design position. You’ll own the client relationship — understanding needs, recommending the right planters and plants, and winning projects through strong proposals and presentations. AutoCAD is used on few of the projects for floor plans and elevations. If you’re looking to practice interior design, this isn’t the right role.
Compensation: 5,000–6,000 QAR/month based on experience, plus 1–1.5% incentive on closed deals
Location: Lusail, Qatar | In person
Hours: Saturday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Tasks
- Visit and meet clients on-site to understand their requirements and space.
- Manage business clients from inquiry to approval.
- Recommend suitable planters, plant arrangements, and color palettes.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, specifications, and timelines.
- Build persuasive presentations using rendering and AI design tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for on-time delivery.
- Understand and read floor plans and elevations, and use AutoCAD to place our products in elevations.
Requirement
- 2–5 years in sales coordination, business development, account management, or project coordination — ideally in a product, fit-out, furniture, landscaping, or design-led environment.
- Proven proposal and presentation skills.
- AutoCAD proficiency (floor plans and elevations) — required.
- A good eye for design, styling, and proportion.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) — both required.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Currently based in Qatar.
