We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our ironmongery and building materials company in Al Quoz.
The ideal candidate will have UAE experience in sales coordination, internal sales or sales administration, preferably within ironmongery, architectural hardware, building materials, construction, fit-out or a related trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email
* Follow up on quotations
* Process sales orders and coordinate order fulfilment
* Check product availability, pricing and lead times
* Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and delivery teams
* Follow up with customers on quotations and pending orders
* Maintain accurate customer and sales records
* Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination requirements
* Develop a good understanding of our product range and assist customers with product selection
