We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator with experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to support both local and export sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with clients, managing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices (PI), quotations, and sales orders for local and export clients.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for order confirmations, payments, and shipment updates.
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and order tracking.
- Assist the sales team in export documentation and coordination with freight forwarders when required.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
- Experience handling local and export sales coordination.
- Familiarity with Proforma Invoices, order processing, and export documentation.
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively with clients and internal teams.
