Job Summary

We are looking for highly skilled sales coordinator cum office admin who has experience in construction or general maintenance industry

*Assist in preparing the sales quotation

* Track and report on key sales metric and targets

* Provide the administrative support to the sales team

* Follow up with customer on Quotation submitted

* Follow up for payment with customers on behalf of sales team

* Track, monitor, and follow up on open/pending orders

* Coordinate with internal teams to compile necessary documentation

* Analyze tender specifications and propose competitive solutions

Sales & Business Development

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

* Provide technical consultation and support to customers

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in technical sales, tender preparation, and quotation management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to prepare and present technical proposals.
Experience in coordinating shipments and logistics.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Construction Industry or General Maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mussafah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:
