We are looking for a smart, experienced Sales Coordinator who can handle client communication and support our sales operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with clients and sales team
* Prepare quotations & invoices (even from WhatsApp details/screen recordings)
* Follow up with clients and manage inquiries
* Assist in order processing and documentation
* Maintain clear communication between design, production & sales teams
Requirements: • Previous experience in sales coordination (interiors/joinery preferred)
* Fluent in English (spoken & written)
* Confident in dealing with clients
* Fast learner with attention to detail
* Ability to understand client requirements quickly
* Organized and proactive
