Are you passionate about sales? Join our team as a Business Development Manager! We are seeking a motivated individual with a minimum of 1-2 year of experience in the events technology industry along with a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Strategy Development
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in the event industry.
Identify and prioritize high-potential segments for business expansion.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify prospective clients, including event organizers, corporations, venues, and agencies.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and align company offerings.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including initial outreach, pitching, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure the company’s offerings align with market needs.
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Sales and Revenue Growth
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell technology solutions to existing and new clients.
Deliver on revenue and growth targets through effective lead generation and closing strategies.
Event Participation & Networking
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and build brand awareness.
Establish a strong presence in the event technology ecosystem to generate business leads.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
Use CRM and data analytics tools to maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecast growth.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the event technology or related industries.
Strong understanding of event planning, technology tools, and solutions for event management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the events technology industry.
