The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, preparing quotations and sales documents, processing orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills to help achieve the company’s sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, procurement, and customer service to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance data for management.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Track sales targets and assist in preparing sales forecasts.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
  • Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
