Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers within the designated delivery area.
Ensure that all food items are delivered in excellent condition.
Verify orders to ensure accuracy before departure.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle (e.g., bike, scooter, car).
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
Report any issues with deliveries (e.g., delays, incorrect orders) to management immediately.
Follow all traffic and safety regulations while on the road.
Assist in restaurant operations during slow periods (e.g., packaging orders, cleaning).
Requirements:
Proven experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role (preferred).
Valid driver’s license (for car or scooter riders) or bike license.
Ability to navigate using a GPS and knowledge of the local area.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have a reliable mode of transportation (bicycle, scooter, motorcycle, or car).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy orders if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,300.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
