About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales process from initial client inquiry through event execution by managing customer communications, preparing quotations, coordinating bookings, and ensuring accurate information is shared between clients and internal teams.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with clients, and can coordinate effectively with the sales, kitchen, operations, and event teams to deliver the high level of service that represents La Cuisine de Manou.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations, proposals, and event documents.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, bookings, payments, and event details.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, customer information, and sales activities.
- Update CRM systems, sales reports, and internal tracking documents.
- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and event teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and daily coordination.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and event-related documentation.
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
