JOB PURPOSE
Thepurposeof this position is to coordinate internally for data compilation, report analysis, status update on specific projects/activities, progress on target achievement and drive the daily and weekly demand forecast.
This is a support and market analysis role that calls for a well-organized individual with competent data analysis and administrative skills, who can meet deadlines and carry out activities in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in achieving AOP vs Budget through demand accuracy and sales analysis.
Review monthly sales report and ensure brands are performing positively vs LY and budget.
Assist with the processing of PO’s received from clients and ensure deliveries are done according to the set time.
Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget.
Analysesales performancerecords and prepare periodic analysis reports.
Coordinate with Sales Supervisor and Area Sales Managers for demand forecast.
Prepare key group review presentations, activity reports, reminders on contract renewal, and follow up on retrieval of assets.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
2+ years of experience in E-commerce channel
Good knowledge and experience in Excel and MS Office
Knowledge of UAE market and FMCG brand knowledge
Good time-management, organization and planning skills
Strongcommunication, analytical and administrative skills
