Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage order processing, ensure timely deliveries, support invoicing, and drive sales coordination activities. The role also involves lead generation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Process all local-market orders within 7–8 working days
Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics for on-time delivery
Ensure 100% monthly invoicing and fulfillment of LPOs
Maintain proactive communication with customers on order status
Prepare quotations and follow up to convert opportunities
Generate leads and arrange meetings with key clients
Prepare weekly sales reports and presentations for management
Support process improvements and maintain accurate records
KPIs
Greater than or equal to 95% timely order processing
100% monthly invoicing and delivery completion
On-time delivery & invoice accuracy
Lead generation and reporting quality
Work Environment
Office-based in Dubai with occasional site/client visits
Flexibility for meetings as required
