We are seeking an adept and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with a background in civil engineering to
join ourdynamicteam
. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and
project management
teams by handling various administrative tasks. This includes the creation and filing of quotations, issuing job numbers for LPOs, meticulous documentation of project files, preparation of project submittals, project-related calculations, email management, and facilitating seamless
communication
between the company and clients.
Proficiency in AutoCAD to create 2D/3D drawings is a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Quotation Management:
Create accurate and comprehensive quotations tailored to client specifications. Implement an organized filing system for quotations to ensure easy retrieval and reference. Â LPO Processing:
Issue Job Numbers promptly upon receiving purchase order from clients. and file and organize Job Numbers and associated LPO documents systematically.
Document Management
:
Maintain a systematic filing system for all project-related documents. Ensure proper filing and organization of documents in compliance with established procedures. Â Project Submittals:
Prepare and submit project-related documents to clients with a keen eye for quality. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for accurate and timely submittals. Â Project Calculations:
Assist in project-related calculations, including cost estimates and pricing. Â Email Correspondence and Coordination:
Monitor and manage the sales and project-related email inbox, respond to client inquiries and internal requests promptly and professionally & facilitate
effective communication
between the company and clients. Â CAD Drawing:
Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate 2D/3D drawings as required by the project and sales teams. Ensure drawings meet the specified standards and requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Â Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. Â Proficient in AutoCAD for creating 2D/3D drawings. Â Strong organizational skills with meticulous
attention to detail
. Â Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
. Â Ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced
and
collaborative team
environment.
