Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Online QC Executive with expertise in the seafood industry to ensure quality compliance in all aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, particularly within the seafood sector, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee online quality checks from raw material receiving to dispatch, including all local purchase products.
Monitor CGMP compliance at various stages of manufacturing.
Strictly monitor and document CCPs checks for all processes.
Correct process deviations by coordinating with production, maintenance, and QAM teams.
Document findings actively and report to QCM/QAM daily.
Conduct inspections of repacking/reprocessing activities for export orders.
Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO standards, and other quality certifications at every process step.
Train staff on quality standards, process protocols, and product specifications.
Prepare detailed quality reports and recommend operational improvements.
Stay updated on industry regulations and implement necessary compliance changes.
Enforce discipline in all processing workflows.
Verify cleaning and sanitization of food contact surfaces and ensure personnel hygiene meets standards.
Coordinate work continuation details and operational tools for seamless shift transitions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the fish/seafood industry.
In-depth knowledge of seafood processing standards, HACCP principles, and food safety regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in quality control tools and software.
