Prequalify each enquiry byverifying the customers visit website call and collect details ofwork location office timings work week etc. to preparequotes.

Preparation of all proposals andservice agreements in discussion with the Sales Manager as per CNSapproved formats with all the terms and conditionsintact.

Ensuring costing sheet approval foreach quote before sending proposal tocustomers.

Follow up all proposal submissionwith a call to customer to ensure receipt of our proposal and getinitial feedback from  case ofservice commencement based on email confirmation keep track of theopportunity and ensure the LPO Contract or PDC secured within oneweek from service commencement. If not services should be suspendedwithin a week.

Follow up on the documentationwith customers LPO Contracts TL VAT CAFetc.

Verifying orders including customersdocuments and payments details andacknowledgement.

Update billing dept on receiptof LPO or Contract with start and end date  to be added inthe Staff Assignment and control sheet.

Contactcustomers 10 days in advance before the LPO or Contract end date tofollow up on extension orders or demobilizationnotice.

Inform Lead TA and Business Partnerabout extension or demobilization notice and update billingdepartment to add in Staff Assignment and Controlsheet.

If extension of service is received byemail confirmation ensure that the  validity of LPO or Contract with Lead Business Finance whether it is good forbilling.

The grace period for extension ofservice is 10 business days within which documentation should becompleted or effect stop service.

Assign serialnumber and date for all proposals and contract and store them in aeasily retrievable manner supported by costingsheets.

Should be able to produce all customerproposals and contracts with order confirmations Creditapplications forms Trade license copies vendor registration and VATcertificate of customers for our auditpurposes.

Responsible for submitting allproposals and quotes before the due dates in case of RFQ. Standardenquiries should be responded the same day or latest by nextday.

Coordinate sales appointments and customervisits when necessary

Coordinate servicecommencement with HR operations manager.

Update

HR operations manager on daily order confirmations and servicecommencement requirements.

Attend weeklymeeting with Lead business Finance and Lead TA and BP to updateweekly staff assignments service started extension/demobilizationnotice etc.

Attend weekly meeting with Leadbusiness finance Billing Specialist and HR and Operations Managerto review pending billing and update actionstaken.

Support Debt collector with supportingdocuments like customer order contract copies contact details toensure collection of our due  theface of company with the customers and always be polite andcourteous irrespective of how the customersbehave.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree Minimum  35
