Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team full-time at our offices in Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This on-site role is ideal for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who excels in client communication, coordination, and sales support. As a Sales Coordinator, you will help ensure the smooth operation of sales processes, manage client relationships, and support the successful execution of events from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support daily sales activities and client requests
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications
Maintain and update all sales documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to align event execution with client expectations
Support the team with reporting, planning, and pipeline development
Qualifications
Experience in sales coordination or a related role
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Background in events or hospitality is a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
