Responsibilities

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails;

Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.

Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.

Ensuredynamiccommunicationwith clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.

Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant degree, from an accredited institution.

Minimum 3 years previous experience in various roles of sales activities.

In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.

Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.

Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.

Excellent phone and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation skills.
