Responsibilities
Handling incoming enquiries through phone and email
Managing current customer’s accounts
Arranging maintenance and technical services for clients
Coordinating with sales and technical department
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal capabilities
Positive and can-do attitude
Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
Adaptable to technology/software
Capable of networking and building professional relationships with potential clients
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Collaborative mindset and a team player
Requirements
Proven work experience in call center or customer service
Arabic speaking candidates preffered with fluency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Competent with softwares
